The home purchasing experience was a quick one for me, as I found my home on the second outing. I definitely felt as though Joielle was listening and trying to get a feel for what I was looking for. When I extended the offer, I went back and forth on negotiations only a few times with the seller but landed on an agreeable price quickly. The inspection went smoothly as the house was newer and there were few albeit minor issues. I went with the inspection person that Joielle recommended. He took over 3 hours to perform the inspection and it was a very detailed review. He even took the time to show me the locations of the necessary elements of the house: gas valve, water meters etc. I work a full time job, I was buying this house on my own and never went through the process before and Joielle literally handled all of the paperwork and explained everything in detail before I read and signed. I especially love how I could read/sign everything electronically without having to scan documents. Throughout the process, I asked a million questions and had open discussions at length with Joielle (sometimes even later in the evening…) regarding the property, and Joielle was very knowledgeable and offered advice, market data etc. very quickly. Over discussions, I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. The transaction was seamless and I now have a beautiful home and feel awesome about the house and the whole experience.
